We love email, but hate spam!
When you subscribe to any of our SMTP Services, you agree to use them in accordance with our Anti-Spam Policy as stated below.
Our Anti-Spam Policy
What is considered Spam?
Spam refers to unsolicited email, also known as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE).
Our rules:
1. At SMTP-Service.net, we have a zero-tolerance spam policy, and we strictly prohibit users from sending any form of unsolicited emails while using our Services. You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and any local laws when using our Services.
2. You have the obligation to use our Services only for permission-based sending. You agree to use our Services to email only those who have clearly given you permission to contact them specifically about the subject you are emailing them for.
3. Every message you send using our Services must include accurate “From,” “Reply-To,” “To,” and routing information, including the originating domain name and email address, to identify the person or business who initiated the email.
4. Moreover, every message you send using our Services must contain a one-click unsubscribe link that instantly removes the subscriber from your list. After they unsubscribe, you can no longer email them again.
5. Finally, every message you send using our Services must have a valid physical mailing address where you can receive postal mail.
If we find out that you do not comply with the five rules stated above, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services without any rights to a refund.
